Who We Are
The Conference is hosted by Gilgal Christian Community Center, a ministry of the Pentecostal Holiness Church and is designed to equip men to lead with courage, serve with humility and consistently reflect the life of Christ.
From anointed worship and in-depth Bible teaching to practical workshops and genuine brotherhood, every element of the conference is intentionally crafted to produce lasting transformation in men's lives.

Identity precedes activity. This opening session unpacks how a man's God-given identity shapes his conduct, decisions, and witness in every space he occupies — from the boardroom to the trading floor.
What does it look like to hold to biblical values when the marketplace rewards compromise? This session equips men with practical tools and scriptural anchors to stand firm when it costs something.
Seasoned men of God in ministry and business share real experiences of living out faith in Zambia's marketplace. An open, honest conversation on the tensions, triumphs, and lessons learned.
Work done with excellence is an act of worship. This session reframes how men view their daily labour — as a sacred offering to God and a powerful testimony to those around them.
A frank biblical examination of wealth, influence, and responsibility. Men will be challenged and equipped to handle money and power as faithful stewards accountable to God.

It is a one-day training seminar convened by Gilgal Christian Community Centre through its Men's Ministry. The theme is "From Words to Deeds: God's Man in the Marketplace" — addressing the growing disconnect between men's profession of faith and their daily conduct in business, public service, and the workplace.
The seminar takes place on 20 June 2026 at Gilgal Christian Community Centre, Kwacha, Kitwe. Registration opens at 8:00 AM and the programme runs through to 5:00 PM.
The participation fee is K1,000 per delegate. This covers meals and refreshments during the seminar as well as honorarium for the speakers.
The programme includes four main sessions: Who You Are Determines How You Work; Integrity Under Pressure; Excellence and Productivity as Worship; and Money, Power and Stewardship. There will also be a panel discussion on Walking the Talk in Zambia's Marketplace and group discussions on lifestyle evangelism.
The seminar is facilitated by seasoned men of God in ministry and business who will share experiential and practical knowledge. Featured speakers include Bishop Enocent Silwamba and Rev. Chinyama M. Hamweenda.
